Ask for a quote on keys and they charged us nearly twice the quoted price. Since our employee picked them up and didn't think to ask nor did the locksmith call back to ensure this new price was ok with us we ate the cost but got to say, this was definitely poor business practice on their part. Won't be recommending them! More
