Here it is 6:55 pm and it is 38 degrees outside. We have been waiting on them since 5:05pm. Im glad I was able to come wait with my daughter who was freezing outside her car! When I called to ask where the tech was at, the lady who was very nice told me the dispatch was canceled. Never again.
